These Keto Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers are a flavorful, low-carb meal perfect for a healthy lunch or dinner. Made with fresh spinach, tangy feta cheese, and aromatic herbs, they’re juicy and tender thanks to a combination of stovetop searing and oven baking. Served alongside a crisp green salad and drizzled with a creamy Green Goddess dressing, these burgers balance nutrition and taste effortlessly.

Ingredients

Scale

Burger Mixture

  • 1 1/4 pounds Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

For Cooking

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

To Serve

  • 6 ounces Green Salad Mix
  • Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Dressing, to drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for finishing the burgers after searing.
  2. Combine Ingredients. In a large bowl, gently mix the ground turkey, egg, chopped spinach, feta cheese, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Be careful not to overmix to maintain tender patties.
  3. Form Patties. Shape the mixture into 6 evenly sized patties using your hands and set them aside.
  4. Heat Olive Oil. Warm the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  5. Sear Patties. Add the patties to the skillet (in batches if needed) and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until browned, handling gently to keep them from falling apart due to the feta’s moisture.
  6. Finish in Oven. Transfer the skillet with patties to the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Alternatively, if your skillet isn’t large enough, place patties on a baking sheet to finish cooking.
  7. Cool Slightly. Remove the skillet or baking sheet from the oven and let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve. Plate the turkey burgers alongside the green salad mix and drizzle with Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Dressing for a complete meal.

Notes

  • Do not overmix the burger mixture to ensure a tender texture.
  • Handle patties gently when flipping to prevent them from breaking due to the feta cheese.
  • Use an oven-safe skillet for easy stove-to-oven cooking.
  • Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure food safety.
  • This recipe is naturally gluten-free and low-carb, perfect for keto diets.
