  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves or allspice

Instructions

  1. Heat the Milk: Pour 1 cup of your chosen milk into a small pot and heat it over medium-low heat until hot and almost simmering. Be careful not to let it boil to preserve the best flavor and texture.
  2. Prepare the Coffee Base: Brew 2 shots of espresso, or use 1/2 cup of hot freshly brewed coffee if espresso isn’t available. Pour the coffee into a large mug or glass mason jar. Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Froth the Milk: Use a milk frother to froth the heated milk for about 30 seconds or until it develops a nice foam. Pour the frothed milk over the pumpkin coffee mixture in the mug. Reserve some of the foam and spoon it on top for a creamy finish.
