Watermelon Berry Mint Salad

A refreshing, vibrant summer fruit salad featuring juicy watermelon, sweet blueberries, and strawberries, tossed with fresh mint and a splash of lime—perfect for picnics, brunches, or light desserts.

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, and blueberries.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and honey (if using), and gently toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle in chopped mint and a pinch of sea salt. Toss lightly again.
  4. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve cold in a large bowl or individual cups, garnished with extra mint if desired.
