- 2 all-butter croissants, halved horizontally
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 6 whole strawberries (for dipping)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother dipping)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- In a bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Set aside.
