- 20 square wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for brushing)
- 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped spinach and cook for 2–3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Lay wonton wrappers flat on the prepared baking sheet and lightly brush each with olive oil.
- Spoon a small amount of the spinach mixture onto each wrapper and spread evenly.
- Top each with crumbled feta and a light sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 7–9 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or enjoy as a light snack.
Notes
- Keep an eye on the crisps while baking to prevent burning.
- These are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven to regain crispiness.
