Spinach Feta Wonton Crisps

Crispy baked wonton wrappers topped with sautéed garlicky spinach, crumbled feta, and a sprinkle of parmesan. These Spinach Feta Wonton Crisps make a flavorful and light Mediterranean-inspired appetizer or snack.

  • 20 square wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for brushing)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add chopped spinach and cook for 2–3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Lay wonton wrappers flat on the prepared baking sheet and lightly brush each with olive oil.
  5. Spoon a small amount of the spinach mixture onto each wrapper and spread evenly.
  6. Top each with crumbled feta and a light sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 7–9 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm as an appetizer or enjoy as a light snack.

Notes

  • Keep an eye on the crisps while baking to prevent burning.
  • These are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven to regain crispiness.
  • Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes or olives for extra flavor.
