Spinach Feta Wonton Chips

Crispy baked wonton squares topped with garlicky spinach and crumbled feta, these chips are the perfect savory bite-sized snack. Great as an appetizer, party platter item, or just a creative way to use wonton wrappers at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 square wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or extra oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in chopped spinach and sauté for 2 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place wonton squares on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray or brush with oil.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the spinach mixture onto each wonton. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Keep an eye on the wontons as they bake—they crisp up quickly.
  • Use pre-cooked frozen spinach (thawed and drained) for convenience.
  • Customize with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, or fresh herbs for variation.
