Spinach Feta Wonton Chips

- 12 square wonton wrappers
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or extra oil for brushing
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in chopped spinach and sauté for 2 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place wonton squares on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray or brush with oil.
- Spoon a small amount of the spinach mixture onto each wonton. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and Parmesan.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
