Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and salt. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. For a deeper chocolate flavor, add melted dark chocolate and blend again.
  4. Spoon mousse into small glasses or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Before serving, top with fresh berries and chocolate crumbles.
