Instructions

  1. Marinate and Grill the Chicken: Prepare the grilled sesame chicken according to your preferred recipe, marinating it with sesame flavors to infuse taste.
  2. Make the Sesame Ginger Dressing: Prepare one batch of sesame ginger dressing as per your favorite recipe and set it aside.
  3. Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded red cabbage, diced green onion, freshly diced cilantro, shredded carrots, julienned red bell pepper, and diced jalapeno. Pour the prepared dressing over the vegetables and toss thoroughly to coat every piece evenly. Cover the bowl and let it sit while you cook the chicken.
