  4. Add pretzels: Evenly distribute the pretzels over the melted chocolate base, pressing them lightly to adhere.
  5. Melt caramel mixture: In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the Kraft caramels with heavy cream. Heat in short increments, stirring frequently until the mixture is smooth and pourable.
  6. Drizzle caramel: Drizzle the melted caramel evenly over the pretzels and chocolate layer.
