Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare it for baking the salmon balls evenly.
  2. Prepare Salmon: Flake the fresh skinless salmon fillets into small pieces in a mixing bowl for easier mixing and forming into balls.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Add breadcrumbs, large egg, chopped fresh dill or parsley, 2 tbsp lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the bowl with salmon. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients well.
  4. Form Salmon Balls: Shape the salmon mixture into approximately 1-inch diameter balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake Salmon Balls: Bake the salmon balls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until they turn golden brown and are cooked through.
  6. Make Avocado Sauce: While the salmon is baking, blend the ripe avocado, Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth to create the creamy avocado sauce.
