  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • For the Topping:
  • 1/4 cup chocolate ganache (melted chocolate + cream)
  • 24 fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely.
  6. Cut into bite-sized squares.
  7. Drizzle each piece with a small amount of chocolate ganache and top with a fresh raspberry.
  8. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy.
