Rainbow Fruit Skewers

Colorful and refreshing fruit skewers arranged in a rainbow pattern with strawberries, clementines, bananas, kiwis, blueberries, and grapes. A naturally sweet, fun, and healthy snack perfect for parties, brunches, or kids’ treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 2 clementines, peeled and segmented
  • 2 bananas, sliced into thick coins
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • Bamboo or wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Slice bananas and kiwis into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Arrange fruit on skewers in rainbow order: grape, blueberry, kiwi, banana, clementine, strawberry.
  4. Repeat until all fruit is used up.
  5. Place finished skewers on a large platter and serve immediately, or chill in the fridge for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with a yogurt or chocolate dipping sauce for extra fun.
  • To prevent bananas from browning, lightly brush them with lemon juice.
  • Use seasonal fruits to customize the rainbow.
