  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp raspberry chia jam (or any fruit spread)
  • 4 raspberries
  • 3 blackberries
  • 2 tbsp red currants or blueberries
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate spread (vegan or classic)
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (for drizzling)
  • Pinch of grated dark chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread to your preferred crispness.
  2. For the first toast, spread a generous layer of peanut butter, then swirl with chia jam.
  3. Arrange raspberries, blackberries, and red currants (or blueberries) on top.
  4. For the second toast, spread the dark chocolate evenly, then top with banana slices.
  5. Drizzle with warm peanut butter and finish with a sprinkle of grated chocolate if desired.
