These fun and healthy skewers feature soft peanut butter pancake rolls, fresh strawberries, and sweet banana slices—perfect for breakfast, snacks, or kid-friendly parties.

Ingredients

  • 4 small soft pancakes (or crepes)
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 banana, sliced into thick rounds
  • 68 fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • Optional: maple syrup or honey for drizzling
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter evenly over each pancake.
  2. Roll the pancakes tightly and slice into 1-inch rounds.
  3. Thread the pancake rolls, strawberry halves, and banana slices onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
  4. Place on a serving plate. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving for a cool treat.
