Peach Honey Cream Cheese Puff Pastries

Golden flaky puff pastry topped with a luscious cream cheese filling, fresh peach slices, cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey—perfectly crisp and sweet for a summer dessert or elegant brunch.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut into 4 equal rectangles. Score a smaller rectangle inside each piece, about 1/2 inch from the edge.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture inside the scored area of each pastry.
  5. Arrange peach slices over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the peaches.
  7. Brush the outer edges of pastry with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  9. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

  • Use nectarines or plums as a substitute for peaches if desired.
  • Best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
  • Add a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
