- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Honey, for drizzling
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut into 4 equal rectangles. Score a smaller rectangle inside each piece, about 1/2 inch from the edge.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture inside the scored area of each pastry.
- Arrange peach slices over the cream cheese layer.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the peaches.
- Brush the outer edges of pastry with egg wash.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
- Use nectarines or plums as a substitute for peaches if desired.
- Best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
