  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Bake or fry French fries according to package directions or until golden and crispy.
  2. While still hot, toss fries with truffle oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan until well coated.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt for a simple aioli. For a green twist, blend in matcha or herbs.
  4. Serve fries immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or microgreens, alongside aioli and ketchup.
