Nut Butter Fruit & Granola Toast

Crispy whole grain toast layered with creamy nut butter, fresh banana, strawberries, and blueberries, finished with crunchy granola—a colorful, wholesome breakfast or energizing snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain or sourdough bread, toasted
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp granola or seed mix
  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp of almond butter on each slice.
  3. Layer with banana slices, strawberries, and blueberries.
  4. Sprinkle granola or seed mix evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired and finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
  6. Serve immediately while the toast is still warm and crisp.

Notes
