- 24 small beef patties (1.5 oz each)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup sliced pickles
- 24 small cheddar slices
- ¼ cup ketchup or aioli
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 12 cucumber slices
- 12 mozzarella balls
- 12 basil leaves
- 12 small skewers
- 12 slices white or wheat sandwich bread
- ½ cup cream cheese or herbed spread
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 roasted red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Mini Sliders: Grill or pan-fry the small patties until cooked through. Toast the mini buns lightly. Assemble each slider with lettuce, beef patty, cheddar slice, and a pickle. Add a small dollop of ketchup or aioli and secure with a toothpick. Garnish tops with sesame seeds if desired.
- Veggie Skewers: On each skewer, layer a cherry tomato, cucumber slice, mozzarella ball, and a basil leaf. Chill until ready to serve.
- Finger Sandwiches: Spread cream cheese on all bread slices. Layer cucumber, red pepper, and spinach. Top with another slice of bread and trim crusts. Cut into quarters or triangles and secure with toothpicks.
