Mini Blackberry Brie Bites

- 1 package (15-count) mini phyllo shells
- 5 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup blackberry jam
- 15 fresh blackberries
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
- Optional: drizzle of honey
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
- Place one cube of brie into each shell.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of blackberry jam on top of the brie.
- Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and shells are golden.
- Remove from oven and top each bite with a fresh blackberry.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of thyme leaves and a light drizzle of honey if desired.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Best served fresh but can be prepped ahead and assembled just before baking.
