Mini Blackberry Brie Bites

These elegant bite-sized phyllo tarts are filled with creamy melted brie, a dollop of sweet blackberry jam, and fresh blackberries, then garnished with fragrant thyme. Perfect for effortless entertaining or a sophisticated snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (15-count) mini phyllo shells
  • 5 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup blackberry jam
  • 15 fresh blackberries
  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
  • Optional: drizzle of honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  3. Place one cube of brie into each shell.
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of blackberry jam on top of the brie.
  5. Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and shells are golden.
  6. Remove from oven and top each bite with a fresh blackberry.
  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of thyme leaves and a light drizzle of honey if desired.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Best served fresh but can be prepped ahead and assembled just before baking.
  • Try with other jams like raspberry or fig for variation.
  • Use a small spoon or piping bag for cleaner jam placement.
