For the Patties

- Sauté Aromatics: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, which takes about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds, being careful not to burn it. Remove the skillet from heat.
