Ingredients

Scale

Liquid Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Frozen & Dry Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers (plus more for topping)

Toppings

  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Add Milk, Vanilla & Lemon Curd to Blender: Pour 1 cup of milk, 1/4 cup lemon curd, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract into the high-speed blender to create a creamy, flavorful base.
  2. Add Ice & Blend Until Smooth: Add 1 1/2 cups of ice to the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and reaches a frappe consistency, ensuring the ice is fully crushed.
  3. Add Crushed Graham Crackers & Pulse: Add 2 tablespoons of crushed graham crackers to the blended mixture, then pulse a few times to evenly incorporate the crackers without over-blending, which adds a slight texture.
  4. Pour into Glasses & Top: Pour the frappe into tall glasses, then optionally top with whipped cream and sprinkle extra crushed graham crackers on top for garnish. Serve immediately with metal straws or spoons.

Notes

  • Use whole or 2% milk for the creamiest texture; alternative milks may change texture and flavor.
  • Lemon curd can be homemade or purchased store-bought; homemade lemon curd offers a fresher taste.
  • Adjust the amount of ice for a thicker or thinner frappe according to preference.
  • For a dairy-free option, substitute with plant-based milk and coconut or soy whipped cream.
  • Crushed graham crackers add texture and a subtle sweetness complementing the lemon flavor.
  • Serve immediately for best texture, as ice will melt and thin the frappe over time.
