Ingredients

  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • 10 slices salami, folded into quarters
  • 10 artichoke heart quarters
  • 10 black olives
  • 10 green olives
  • 10 pepperoncini or mini sweet peppers
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 68 fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
  • 20 small cocktail skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

  1. On each skewer, thread a combination of cherry tomato, mozzarella, basil, salami, olive, artichoke, or pepper. Vary combinations for a colorful presentation.
  2. Arrange the skewers in a circular wreath shape on a large round platter.
  3. Fill in the gaps by tucking in fresh rosemary sprigs to resemble evergreen branches.
  4. Optional: Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with cracked black pepper or Italian seasoning.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature as a beautiful holiday appetizer centerpiece.
