Icy and naturally sweet, these Frozen Watermelon Slush Bowls are served in mini watermelon halves and blended with fresh lime juice for the ultimate summer cooler. A fun, refreshing, and photogenic treat for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cold water (adjust for blending)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Lime slices (for garnish)
  • Paper straws (for serving)
  • Mini watermelons, halved and hollowed out (for serving bowls)

Instructions

  1. Freeze watermelon cubes for at least 4–5 hours or overnight until solid.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine frozen watermelon, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup.
  3. Add cold water gradually while blending until a smooth, slushy texture forms.
  4. Scoop the watermelon slush into the hollowed mini watermelon halves.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices.
  6. Insert paper straws and serve immediately.
