  • 1/2 cup coconut water or sparkling water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

  • Watermelon wedges and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add frozen watermelon cubes, coconut water, lime juice, honey (if using), and mint leaves to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and slushy. Add a few ice cubes if a thicker texture is desired.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime as needed.
