- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 1/4 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mixed baby greens or arugula
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with dill, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the herbed cream cheese generously on both halves of the toasted bagel.
- Layer the bottom half with smoked salmon, avocado slices, cucumber, and baby greens.
