Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped Cream Topping

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Additional Layers

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form an even crust layer. Place the dish in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the cream cheese filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, mixing until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the texture is smooth.
  3. Whip the cream: Using an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks begin to form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue whipping until stiff, sweet peaks form.
  4. Combine filling and whipped cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula until fully incorporated and airy, ensuring not to deflate the whipped cream.
  5. Assemble the layers: Starting with the chilled crust, spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over it. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over the cream cheese layer, then drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top. Repeat the layers once more by adding the remaining cream cheese mixture, pecans, and caramel sauce on top.
  6. Chill and set: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the layers to set properly and the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve: Once chilled, slice into 12 squares and serve the pecan pie lasagna cold. Enjoy the creamy, crunchy, and sweet layers in every bite.
