Ingredients

Scale

For the Meat Filling

  • 1 lb Ground beef (80/20 preferred for juiciness)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

For the Biscuit Bombs

  • 1 can Biscuit dough (8-count refrigerated)
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese (cut into 16 cubes)

For the Garlic Parmesan Brush

  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

For Garnish

  • 1 tbsp Parsley (fresh, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until fully browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a round disc large enough to hold the filling.
  3. Assemble the Bombs: Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture onto each flattened biscuit, top with a cube of cheddar cheese, then fold and seal the dough around the filling, shaping into a smooth ball.
  4. Place on Baking Sheet: Arrange the filled dough balls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  5. Make Garlic Parmesan Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Brush the Bombs: Generously brush the garlic Parmesan butter mixture over each dough ball to coat thoroughly.
  7. Bake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the cheeseburger bombs for 15–18 minutes until they are puffed up and golden brown on top.
  8. Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm for the best cheesy, savory experience.

Notes

  • Using 80/20 ground beef ensures juicy and flavorful filling.
  • Sealing the biscuit dough well prevents the cheese from leaking during baking.
  • Brush the bombs generously with garlic Parmesan butter for maximum flavor and a beautiful golden crust.
  • Serve immediately as they are best enjoyed warm.
  • You can add other burger toppings such as pickles or mustard after baking for extra flavor.
