Ingredients

Scale

Bread and Cheese

  • Nonstick cooking spray, enough to coat pan
  • 2 (16-oz) cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 lb rind-on Brie, cut into 1-inch cubes

Herbs and Sauce

  • 1 tsp coarsely chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 (14-oz) can whole-berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously coat a 10-cup Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray to prevent the bread from sticking.
  2. Prepare biscuit dough balls: Open one can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Tear each biscuit in half, then flatten each piece in your palm. Place a 1-inch cube of Brie cheese in the center of the flattened dough, pinch the edges tightly around the cheese to seal it, and roll it gently into a small ball. Repeat this process with all the dough pieces and cubes of Brie.
  3. Layer the pull-apart bread: Arrange a layer of the cheese-filled dough balls evenly in the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle one-third of the chopped fresh thyme and rosemary evenly over the dough balls, then spread one-third of the whole-berry cranberry sauce on top.
  4. Repeat layering: Continue layering the remaining dough balls, herbs, and cranberry sauce in two more layers, finishing with the cranberry sauce on top.
  5. Bake the bread: Place the Bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cranberry sauce is bubbling on top.
  6. Cool and serve: Remove the bread from the oven and transfer the Bundt pan to a wire rack. Let it cool for 10 minutes to set slightly. Carefully invert the Bundt pan onto a serving plate so the bread releases. Serve warm as a delicious, shareable appetizer.

Notes

  • For easier handling, chill the Brie cubes briefly before wrapping them in dough.
  • If you prefer, substitute fresh herbs with 1 tsp dried thyme and rosemary combined.
  • Use your favorite brand of whole-berry cranberry sauce for best flavor.
  • This pull-apart bread is best served warm and fresh but can be reheated gently in the oven.
  • Ensure the biscuit dough balls are sealed well around the cheese to prevent leakage during baking.
