Dark Chocolate Berry Cups

Crisp dark chocolate cups filled with a medley of fresh raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, finished with a drizzle of silky melted chocolate for an elegant, no-bake dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup extra melted chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil (if using) in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Spoon the melted chocolate into silicone muffin cups or tart molds, coating the bottom and sides evenly.
  3. Place the molds in the freezer for 10–15 minutes or until set.
  4. Once firm, gently remove the chocolate shells from the molds.
  5. Fill each cup with a mix of fresh berries.
  6. Drizzle with additional melted chocolate over the berries for a glossy finish.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for easy release of the chocolate cups.
  • Customize with your favorite berries or chopped nuts.
  • Best served chilled, especially in warm weather.
