- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
- 1/4 cup extra melted chocolate for drizzle
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil (if using) in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon the melted chocolate into silicone muffin cups or tart molds, coating the bottom and sides evenly.
- Place the molds in the freezer for 10–15 minutes or until set.
- Once firm, gently remove the chocolate shells from the molds.
- Fill each cup with a mix of fresh berries.
- Drizzle with additional melted chocolate over the berries for a glossy finish.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
