Crispy Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

Golden and crispy oven-baked potato wedges crusted with savory Parmesan and herbs. These addictive potatoes are the perfect side dish or snack that delivers big on flavor and crunch.

  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press the cut sides of the potatoes into the grated Parmesan to coat.
  4. Place Parmesan-coated side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.

  • Use Yukon Gold potatoes for their creamy texture and crisp finish.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and aid cleanup.
