  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
  2. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice.
  3. Mix well until the mixture becomes thick and sticky.
  4. Roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
