Cheesy Garlic Bread Toasts

Crispy golden slices of baguette smothered in buttery garlic spread and gooey melted mozzarella, finished with a sprinkle of parsley for a picture-perfect appetizer or snack.

  • 1 French baguette, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the baguette slices in a single layer.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. Spread a generous layer of garlic butter over each baguette slice.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over each slice, then top with a touch of Parmesan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden on the edges.
  7. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve warm in a basket lined with parchment for a rustic touch.
