  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (10.5 oz)

Chicken and Seasonings

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt (adjust to taste)
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil (optional)
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt

Cheese Topping

  • 1 can Campbell’s Nacho or Cheddar Cheese soup (10.75 oz)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rice Base: Empty both Knorr Rice Sides packets into a casserole dish. Add the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and one cup of water. Whisk everything together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the Chicken: Place the four boneless, skinless chicken breasts evenly on top of the rice and soup mixture in the casserole dish.
  3. Season the Chicken: Cover the chicken breasts with seasoned salt, garlic salt, pepper, and dried basil if using. Rub the seasonings into the chicken to ensure they are well coated.
  4. Add the Cheese Topping: Spoon the Campbell’s Nacho or Cheddar Cheese soup over the chicken breasts and spread it evenly to cover the surface.
