- 1 ball of fresh burrata cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- Handful of fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, add minced garlic, and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes or until the tomatoes are blistered and slightly caramelized.
- Transfer roasted tomatoes to a serving plate. Place the burrata in the center.
- Drizzle everything with more olive oil and sprinkle fresh basil over the top.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread or as a standalone appetizer.

- Use room-temperature burrata for the creamiest texture.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices or focaccia for dipping.
