Blueberry Yogurt Parfaits with Granola and Dark Chocolate

Creamy vanilla yogurt layered with fresh blueberries, crunchy granola, and shaved dark chocolate for a delicious and nutritious parfait—perfect for breakfast or a midday snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain, lightly sweetened)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon shaved dark chocolate or mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Spoon half the granola into the bottom of two small glass jars or cups.
  2. Add a layer of yogurt over the granola.
  3. Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the yogurt.
  4. Add remaining yogurt and a few more blueberries if desired.
  5. Top with the rest of the granola and finish with shaved dark chocolate.
  6. Serve immediately or store chilled for up to 1 day.
