  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast bread slices until golden and crisp.
  2. In a small bowl, mix ricotta with honey and a pinch of sea salt if using.
  3. Spread ricotta mixture generously over the warm toast.
  4. Add a swirl of blackberry jam over the ricotta.
