- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, finely chopped (adjust heat to taste)
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
